The event happened on Saturday, April 13, at the City Ground when the two teams drew 2-2.
According to Forest, they “condemn racism and all other forms of discrimination”.
They stated that they “will continue to work with the authorities on the matter and won’t be commenting further whilst the investigation is ongoing” .
After Matheus Cunha opened the score for the visitors in their tie, former Wolves player Gibbs-White, who left the Molineux club to join Forest for an initial £25 million in August 2022, equalized for Forest.
