HEARTBREAKING NEWS: Blue Jays ‘Justin Turner’ Trade For ‘Mookie Betts’ Causing Chaos In…

The Blue Jays have been playing excellent baseball ever since they got back from their difficult 4-6 road trip to begin the regular season, despite the fact that the lineup hasn’t exactly been blowing the cover off the ball.

After dominating series against Seattle, Colorado, and the New York Yankees at Rogers Centre, the Blue Jays went on to play the San Diego Padres in the west, winning their fourth straight series.

The fun continued on Monday at Kauffman Stadium as the Jays opened a four-game series against the Kansas City Royals, who were hosting.

Varsho promptly overturned his two strikeouts from earlier in the game when he went yard to give the Jays a 5-0 lead and go on to win 5-3.

It was the scorching Varsho’s sixth long ball of the year and his 13th run of the season, a team record.

In left field in San Diego, his velvet glove and perfect timing were on full show.

On Monday, he was in center field, right in the thick of things again.

Kikuchi, who is gradually making his way into the Jose Berrios class, was the center of attention this evening—at least for the first five innings on Monday. Kikuchi triumphed for the second time this year.

The Royals’ first hit came from an erroneous call by the official scorer.
