Lamar Jackson, the quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens, just had to make an impression on people there one day. With the club starting its first round of offseason training, everyone is observing how prepared and capable their MVP is.

Jackson’s more trim figure caught people’s attention on his arrival day. Then, everyone began to notice that he was eager to go in and win for this squad once more as soon as he entered the building—not that it matters.

Strength and conditioning coach Scott Elliott is already observing that Jackson’s leadership qualities match his gifted abilities during the program’s initial phase.

“He draws people in. “Everyone witnesses it,” Elliott informed the regional press. “…in the exercise facility. I’m running out here. Guys are drawn to his charisma when combined with his physical gift, which is just one component of it. And there’s the fact that we’re all naturally competitive. I think Lamar’s charm draws us all in the building. It has therefore been really amazing to have him interact with us and buy in.”

With 3,678 passing yards, 24 touchdowns, and 821 running yards with five touchdowns on the ground, the 27-year-old just had his best-ever season. With Jackson leading the way, the Ravens are still one of the best teams in the AFC and will always feel dangerous to any opponent.
