SO SAD: Heartbreaking! ”He Is Gone”!!! Birmingham City Are Happy To Announce The Departure Of An Icon…

A look at the front-runners for the Hull City head coaching position, which includes a former Birmingham manager prospect.
Following Liam Rosenior’s shocking dismissal on Tuesday, who was nominated for Championship Manager of the Season, Steve Cooper is one of the early favorites to take over at Hull City.

The 44-year-old has not had a job since leaving Nottingham Forest in December. Prior to Tony Mowbray’s arrival at St Andrew’s @ Knighthead Park, he was mentioned as a managerial contender for Birmingham City.

Cooper is likely to return to the dugout at some point given his elite and secondary pedigree; the Hull position might be a good fit for him. To prevent tensions from reaching a breaking point, the Tigers need to appoint a deserving successor to diffuse the present furor over Rosenior’s removal.

The goal for the new manager is to get the team into the top six in order to qualify for the Premier League. Cooper more than lives up to the expectations, having led Forest to the top via the play-offs in 2022 and earning one promotion to date.
