SAD NEWS: Celtic Accept a €92 Million Deal With Rivals Goalkeeper “Jack Butland” With an Unwavering Condition That…

Caoimhin Kelleher of Liverpool may be the next in line to succeed Joe Hart, who is scheduled to retire at the end of the current campaign.

Under former Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers, the Scottish team completed its 54th league title earlier this week. When they raise the trophy this weekend, it will be a momentous occasion for the team. After a 21-year career in professional football, Hart’s wave goodbye to the game will prove to be a momentous occasion.

Having joined in 2021, he has been the club’s first choice keeper and rounds off his final season with 47 appearances in all competitions. His departure opens the door for a new keeper to arrive next season and Kelleher has been linked with a move to Scotland across the past few windows. Brentford submitted a £15m bid on deadline day which was promptly rejected but after playing over 20 times this season, the Irish keeper looks ready to make the next step.

According to earlier Daily Mail stories, three Premier League clubs were reportedly interested, and Celtic was one of them. Alex McCarthy, James Trafford, Anthony Patterson, and other players have been connected to moves, but Kelleher is committed to the team through 2026, so he may stay for an additional year.

After making a statement on a social media post by Irish striker Adam Idah, who has been on loan from Norwich, he did excite the crowd. The two have been together since the U21 days. He wrote, “Love it you,” as a remark on his post and then included a green heart emoji. Positive responses to the remark were received by the fans, many of whom implored the keeper to come to Celtic Park this summer.
