As the Texas Longhorns football program enters his second season, Arch Manning will be playing quarterback.
Prior to the 2023 college football season, Manning, the top-ranked recruit in the country, made a commitment to the program. And the nephew of Peyton and Eli is now one of the greatest names in college basketball, despite playing in just two games.
Manning had a stellar high school career both on and off the field before coming to Texas for his freshman year. Apart from his numerous achievements as a quarterback of the highest caliber, he also earned an outstanding 3.5 GPA upon graduating from Isidore Newman.
Manning has kept up a 3.50 GPA in the educational setting. Manning signed a financial aid arrangement to enable his enrollment at the University of Texas, taking advantage of the NCAA’s early signing provisions. The 2022–23 Gatorade Louisiana Football Player of the Year profile for Manning states, “He will attend classes this spring semester after graduating from high school in December.”
