SO SAD: It Is With Heavy Hearts That Bears Announce The Passing Away of Coach ”Matt Eberflus” Who was Involved in a Horrible…

As he gets ready for his first season as the offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears, Shane Waldron has moved to a new location in the north suburbs to design plays for rookie quarterback Caleb Williams.

The Chicago Tribune stated that Waldrom, who the Bears signed in January, and his spouse, Meghan, paid $1.85 million, or around $421 per square foot, for a six-bedroom, 4,400-square-foot home in Green Oaks.

The residence was posted on January 11 and soon after that, a contract was signed. The Waldrons paid the entire asking amount when the sale closed in March. The listing agent was Premier Realty Group president Jeff Ohm.

Constructed in 1994, the Green Oaks home boasts a two-story entryway, a large living room, a family room with a gas fireplace, a screened-in porch, and a main suite with two walk-in closets and heated floors. The kitchen features a butler’s pantry, handcrafted cabinets, quartzite countertops, and high-end equipment that were updated in 2020.

The home’s lower level, completed in 2023, includes an exercise room, wine cellar, entertainment area, and a play space. The 0.92-acre property also has a brick patio and a saltwater pool.

It incurred a $21,822 tax bill in 2022, the outlet reported.
