This offseason, the wide receiver deal market has been thriving. A number of players at the position have signed rich contracts, and more are on the horizon.

One intriguing feature of these contracts is that teams are spending a lot of money on several receivers, like the Miami Dolphins did this week when they offered Jaylen Waddle a hefty contract.

Five teams are currently spending at least $20 million this season on two receivers.

Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers are two of the Raiders’ highly compensated receivers.

The Raiders placed Adams at the top of the receiver wage scale after trading for him in 2022. Adams signed a five-year, $140 million contract with an average of $28 million annually.

The Raiders signed Meyers to a three-year, $33 million free-agency contract in 2023, matching him with Adams.

Although Adams and Meyers aren’t the highest paid receivers, the Raiders have made the sixth-highest commitment to their wide receiver group thus far this season.
