SALT LAKE CITY: The 2024 college football season’s Hans & Scotty’s 60 in 60 is almost approaching. Avante Dickerson, a cornerback for Utah State Aggies, is ranked No. 53.
Throughout the summer, KSL Sports Zone’s Hans Olsen & Scott Garrard are counting down the top 60 college football players in the state of Utah as voted on by the media (and a fan ballot).
Dickerson is the fifth Aggie to have his name made public on the 2024 60 in 60 list.
ESPN ranked Dickerson as a four-star prospect and among the top 250 players in the country after he graduated from high school.
The native of Omaha, Nebraska began his collegiate career at the University of Oregon prior to attending Utah State. Dickerson
Dickerson recorded six pass breakups, 10 solo tackles, and 17 total tackles in nine games during his first campaign with the Aggies. In 2023, he led Utah State to a 6-7 record, which included a 4-4 mark in Mountain West play.
