SAD NEWS: QB ‘Shedeur Sanders’ Is Gone…

Shedeur Sanders, an American football quarterback for the Colorado Buffaloes, was born on February 7, 2002. Before moving to Colorado in 2023, he played collegiate football with the Jackson State Tigers, where he was honored with the Jerry Rice Award and the Deacon Jones Trophy.

After a standout season with Colorado, which took the college football world by storm for much of the 2023 campaign, Sanders, one of Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders’s sons, began to garner consideration for the NFL draft, with some speculating that the junior signal-caller might enter the draft as soon as 2024.

As everyone is aware, I won’t be declaring this year. We have everything we need to have a huge year this year,” Sanders wrote.

The Buffaloes made significant progress in the first season under his father’s direction, and Sanders, who threw for a school-record 3,230 yards with 27 touchdown passes and just three interceptions in 2023, has every reason to desire to rejoin the team. Under Deion Sanders, the Buffs finished 4-8 last season, following a 1-11 record in ’22 under Karl Dorrell and Mike Sanford.
