According to Brian Snitker, Arcia underwent testing on Tuesday at a nearby hospital, and while everything seemed fine, he is still on the day-to-day list. Toscano reports, “Braves reliever A.J. Minter has been moved from High-A Rome to Gwinnett for his rehab assignment. He will pitch for the Triple-A Stripers on Tuesday when they host Memphis at Coolray Field.”
If all goes according to plan on Tuesday, A.J. Minter might return to the Braves by the end of the week, and Ian Anderson might follow soon after. Following Tommy John surgery, Anderson made his first appearance since August 2022 last week. In the Florida Complex League, he threw two flawless innings with four strikeouts. Today, he threw three innings and gave up one run while striking out three.
