Lando Norris may have a special someone by his side as he celebrates his first Miami Grand Prix victory.
Since they were sighted together in April 2024, the Formula 1 McLaren driver and Portuguese model and actress Margarida Corceiro have been linked. While none of them has publicly addressed the rumors of their connection, Corceiro has been observed discreetly cheering Norris on at his races, notably the Miami Grand Prix in May.
Internet detectives have surmised that the two are dating based on their subtle comments on Norris’ Instagram posts and their love of pictures of his victory. Corceiro is a Portuguese model and actress who has worked on several commercials for companies including Missus Swimsuits and Armani Beauty. Since 2019, she has also acted in a few Portuguese projects, such as soap operas, according to IMDb.
According to the Daily Mail, Corceiro and Norris were first spotted driving around Monaco together in May 2023, following rumors that she had broken up with her soccer player boyfriend Joao Felix.
Corceiro didn’t talk about her breakup at the time, but the following June, she posted a message on Instagram announcing that she and the Barcelona striker were no longer together.
“During a period of transition, development, and education, Joao and I accomplished objectives together for several years,” she posted on social media, as reported by the Daily Mail. “Although we haven’t been a couple for a while, I am fortunate to be in his life.”
While Corceiro didn’t fly out to Miami to see Norris compete at the Miami Grand Prix in 2024, she did keep up with the races over the weekend. One of her friends put a photo of herself watching the race on her Instagram Stories and tagged Corceiro, showing she was following along on TV.
She even continued watching while she was out at dinner in Lisbon, with another friend snapping a photo of her at the table with the race playing on her phone.
