Sainz demonstrated his tenacity right away at Toro Rosso in 2015, when he joined Max Verstappen in the F1 Bull Ring. A relentless driver, he pushes the automobile to its limit while he makes his way through the group. It makes sense why Sainz went by Chilli.
However, the Spaniard thinks his way through a race and into the points because he is smart as well as instinctive. This cool-headedness follows him off the track, where he doesn’t let the pressure of building a successful Grand Prix career with a household name get to him.
As the son of his namesake and a two-time World Rally champion, Sainz has contributed some of his father’s racing prowess to the Formula One scene. Junior, for example, enjoys a good dose of drifting.
