Yankees Assert The 25-year-old pitcher from Rays White, Colby White, has had multiple ailments recently, including Tommy John surgery and a shattered elbow bone. He’s known to produce strikeouts in spite of these losses.
With Tampa’s Complex team in 2023, he recorded 10.45 strikeouts per nine innings and 11.74 in 7.2 innings for their Triple-A affiliate. This season’s 17.61 ERA in Triple-A is a reflection of his difficulties following his injury return.
